XBRL and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)

XBRL.US is the consorteum that developed the XBRL taxonomies (library of terms) that are used to map company financials.  Per XBRL.US, as of January 2011, 4,853 files have been uploaded with 25,475 errors!! - that's a whole lot.  (http://xbrl.us/Pages/default.aspx). Those errors comprise using outdated concepts, calculation errors and mostly, reporting negative values which should have been positive.  The good news for all of you is that PublicEase is on top of this and because of our accounting knowledge, we are ahead of the game and understand the concepts and process to convert to XBRL.

To see what the taxonomies look like, go to http://xbrl.us/taxonomies/Pages/US-GAAP2009.aspx, on the right side, click on Commerical and Industrial taxonomy.  A new page will load.  Click on any one of the Statements or Disclosures on the left and everytime you see a + sign, click on it to drill down.  If you click on a concept, the definition will appear on the right.  These are the concepts we're mapping to your financials.

The initial conversion process takes us 15-20 hours.  If you have not contacted us, please do so ASAP.  This is not something you can wait on.
